Acceptable use

Flock is a place for communities to gather. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or target other people, on or off the platform.
• Send spam, run scams, or use automation to flood Nests with content.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Post pornography or explicit sexual content intended for arousal. Flock does not host adult sexual content; Nest rules cannot override this floor.

Your content

You own the posts and other content you create on Flock. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content so the service can work — for example, showing your post to members of the Nest you posted it in. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared with others or where we are required to retain it by law.

Billing & Subscriptions

Flock Plus is an optional, auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99/month or $49.90/year. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Plus benefits until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, contact support@flok.lol. We may change Plus pricing from time to time; existing subscribers will be given advance notice before any price change takes effect.

Termination

You may stop using Flock and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or put the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Flock is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above and post a notice on this page before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Flock after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
